Thanks to all who supplied information!
Over this past weekend, Needham was served papers, while he was
frequenting one of his favorite bars, commanding his appearance
in the Henderson County Texas Court-at-Law to answer to the complaint
against him charging non-compliance with the courts order of last
year, namely referring to payment of child support and reimbursement
of attorney’s fees. Needham-less to say, he was a no-show.
Needham now has a warrant for his immediate arrest as a result.
He actually believes that some of you are his friends, and for
those of you who actually are, It is a criminal offense
in Texas to hinder the apprehension of a fugitive from justice.

Needham
is a Certified welder and often works for construction companies.
He has also been known to work in car sales in the Cedar Creek
Lake area, as well as the Dallas metroplex.
Needham enjoys Fishing , Racing,
Country Dancing and often frequents businesses and activities
relating to these interests.

Biographical
Information
Needham
is under court orders in the State of Texas, Henderson County
to pay Three Hundred dollars per month for the partial support
of his three children. A relatively meager amount compared to
his wage capability. On August 24 of 1998, Needham appeared in
court to answer to charges of non-support. He was then ordered
to pay the support, in addition to one hundred dollars per month
in arrears and attorney's fees. To date, he has willfully refused
to follow the direction of the court and has knowingly evaded
attempts to be served to return to court. Needham has seen fit
to avoid court orders to provide current and correct addresses
to the court. Needham is currently in excess of $4500.00 behind
on this court order as well as a substantial sum in attorney's
fees. Needham has recently fled the country to the Philippines
with a church group and has since returned, however he has remarked
on leaving for Louisiana and may flee Texas in an attempt to avoid
charges and court proceedings.
